I consider each individual to be unique and promise to recommend a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme.

Whether you are looking for one-to-one nutritional support for yourself or a loved one, you can take advantage of a complimentary 15 minute discovery call to ask any questions you may have prior to booking a consultation.

I am proud to work as part of the national NatureDoc team of Nutritional Therapists, practicing from my clinic in Knutsford, Cheshire, as well as providing video consultations on a secure telehealth system. Consultations are also available at Amaranth in the village of Bramhall upon request.

Initial consultation £200

90 minutes

  1. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
  2. During your 90 minute consultation, we will use this information as a basis to gain a better understanding of your main health concerns.
  3. Together, we will agree on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you start your journey to better health. Supplements and further tests may also be recommended where required.

Initial consultation £155

60 minutes

  1. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
  2. During your 60 minute consultation, we will use this information as a basis to gain a better understanding of your main health concerns.
  3. Together, we will agree on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you start your journey to better health. Supplements and further tests may also be recommended where required.

Follow-up consultation(s) £125

45 minutes

4-6 weeks after your initial appointment, I recommend a follow-up consultation where we will have the opportunity to discuss your progress and amend your plan where necessary.
