Initial consultation £200

90 minutes

  1. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
  2. During your 90 minute consultation, we will use this information as a basis to gain a better understanding of your main health concerns.
  3. Together, we will agree on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you start your journey to better health. Supplements and further tests may also be recommended where required.

Initial consultation £155

60 minutes

  1. Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
  2. During your 60 minute consultation, we will use this information as a basis to gain a better understanding of your main health concerns.
  3. Together, we will agree on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you start your journey to better health. Supplements and further tests may also be recommended where required.

Follow-up consultation(s) £125

45 minutes

4-6 weeks after your initial appointment, I recommend a follow-up consultation where we will have the opportunity to discuss your progress and amend your plan where necessary.
